   Theory


                    DC motors operate on the principle of transformation in the electrical power of electric power,


  Parts of DC Motor


                                        Parts of DC motors are divided into two sections
                                                         1. moving parts  and 2. Fixed part


Moving part


   Armature:


                   It consists of conductors and a computator in the form of laminated core or sounding of magnetic material, slot mounted in the armature core, in which the conductor is placed in the form of coils.
                   The function of the armature is to rotate in the Uniform Magnetic Field

 Commutator:


                  Commutator copper is of ring type but it is a combination of small pieces. One piece is called a segment. Each segment is insulated from one to another and tightly combines many segments, it is fitted on the armature insulated shaft and it is computator It is said that terminals of winding are sealed on the segment, arm Carbon brushes are kept on this computer for selection on the above surface. Here, it is understandable that the computer is a rotating part while the brush is stable

  Shaft:


                  The shaft is in the shape of a rounded steel steel, in which both the ends are inserted into the bearing of the body of the motor. The commuter, armature, and cooling fan above the shaft is kept on the shaft, with the help of the shaft, Moves in

  Cooling Fan:

  Bearing:


                Bearing is made of cast iron, and it is also included in the moving part. It is fitted into the body of the motor. And the shaft is trapped in it, with the help of bearing, the shaft can move independently.

Fixed parts:


  Body:


                   The body of the body of the body is made of steel, the body of the body is lodged in the body. The two parts of the body of a mover are to unite all parts of a motor and to carry two magnetic fields.

 Hook:

mainpol :

Field Coil:

Carbon Brush and Brush Gear:


            Carbon Brushes are used to supply supplies to the commuter in the motor. The supply is found in the armature. And the brush has the function of brush gear.

Covers:


              Covers are attached to the body of the motor, in which the bearing is attached, which is attached to the body both sides.

Terminal Box:


              A box appears on the body or above the body in which the terminals are found. The end of field winding is attached here, which can be supplied from the outside.

Name plate:


              A plate is found on the body of the motor, in which all the details of the motor are recorded
